1.There is a need in each heart

God put within from the start:

Yearning to know what life is for,

Thirsting for something more.

Though some may search in despair,

God’s Word has always been there—

Words that bring hope, joy that is real,

Happiness I can feel.

2.I know I need to make time

Thinking on truths that I find,

Feeding my faith, helping me see

How to be truly free.

Though some may choose to ignore,

Then they can feel true peace of mind,
