Wouldn't It Be Great 


Imagine a world where we are all friends, 
No matter your religion or the color of your skin. 
We would help each other thru thick and thin, 
Wouldn't that be a great place to live in.

Take the feeling you get watching a new born in a crib,
Or a tiny little puppy playing with some kids. 
Hold on to that memory as you walk down the street, 
And pass it on to some stranger you meet.

Oh, wouldn't it be great if we could all see,
Our unique differences are a part of being free. 
Just a little understanding can make us so strong, 
Wouldn't it be great if we could all get along. 

Red, yellow, black or white,
Shouldn't change our God given rights. 
When we get hurt we all feel pain, 
So let's strive for sunshine and not so much rain.
